• 海外出張あり。プロジェクトや案件により年1～2回程度の海外出張が発生する可能性がございます。（現時点での出張場所：欧州・アジアなど）
• 将来的に海外拠点を含めた全国転勤の可能性がございます。

Business trips overseas required depending on project

• 商業市場におけるグローバル顧客への提案活動、海外販売子会社との連携による攻略企画・営業推進
• 交通インフラ関連を含む日本政府ODA案件に対する仕様化活動、案件追跡、受注活動および売上管理
• 技術部門（エンジニア）との連携による技術的サポートの実施、現場対応の調整および管理
• 上記業務に関連する海外出張および現地対応
• 所属部門の営業戦略・計画に基づいた活動推進とその成果の報告

Job Responsibilities:

• Proposing solutions to global clients in the commercial market and promoting sales strategies in collaboration with overseas subsidiaries
• Leading specification development, project tracking, order acquisition, and revenue management for Japanese government ODA projects, including those related to transportation infrastructure
• Providing technical support through collaboration with engineers and managing on-site responses
• Traveling abroad and responding locally as necessary for the above duties
• Promoting activities based on departmental sales strategies and reporting results

• BtoBでの営業職またはシステムエンジニア職等での商談・案件管理の実務経験(有形・無形は問わない)
• 英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• Microsoft Excel、PowerPointを中心としたOfficeツールの活用スキル
• 普通自動車運転免許保有

【歓迎要件】

• 業務用音響設備・通信設備に関する基礎知識または関連業務経験
• AUTO CAD等を用いた建築設備図面の基礎的な理解

Qualifications:
Required:

• Basic knowledge or practical experience in professional audio/communication systems
• Basic understanding of architectural equipment drawings using tools like AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience in sales or project management (including system engineer roles)
• Business-level English communication skills (TOEIC score of 800 or higher)
• Valid driver’s license

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Highly motivated and eager to take on new challenges in unfamiliar environments
• Strong logical thinking and the ability to carry out tasks in a structured, planned manner
• Polite and capable of smooth communication both within and outside the team

Preferred:

• Language: Native-level Japanese and business-level or higher English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800+ as a benchmark)
• Other: Sociable and cooperative, with excellent communication skills. Values teamwork and takes initiative.
